BUILDING THE METHOD IN INDIA

Turn specialist knowledge into local manufacturing skill.

AJSM’s focus goes beyond assembling a part from a drawing. The work also includes developing the tools, sewing instructions, training and quality checks needed to repeat that assembly in India.

For each programme, the team needs to define how the textile is prepared, how the support is held during sewing and how the finished work is checked. These details turn process knowledge into a method that operators can learn and quality teams can review.

The aim is to build this capability around a women-led team in Gujarat, with a path from textile hand skills into controlled medical component work. Explore the people and training approach

THE OPERATING VIEW

Experience that supports the work.

A specialist component programme reaches beyond the drawing. It also depends on a working method, a capable operation and a supply path that fits the device manufacturer.
